Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this website — to read the menu, find the restaurant and call us. Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. This is a goal we work toward, not a claim that every page already meets it.
What we do
- Readable text. Text colours are measured against their backgrounds on the rendered page, not only in the design files.
- Two languages. The main pages come in English and in Spanish, and each page declares its language so screen readers pronounce it correctly.
- Descriptions for images. Photographs and the video carry text descriptions.
- Less motion on request. If your device is set to reduce motion, the homepage video does not play on its own and decorative animations stay still.
- Keyboard and zoom. Links and buttons are real links and buttons, reachable with a keyboard, and the pages can be zoomed without losing content.
What we know is not right yet
- On wide screens, two outlined buttons at the bottom of the homepage video have less contrast than we aim for.
- The menu pages are in English with Spanish dish names, as on the printed menu; they do not have a separate Spanish edition.
- Photograph descriptions describe what is on the plate rather than the dish name, because the dish names for each photograph have not been confirmed yet.

Please tell us. Call the restaurant at (210) 824-0671 and we will give you the information you need — the menu, our hours or directions — over the phone, and pass the problem on so the website can be fixed.
